Co-ordinator, with fifteen years experience, Jill co-ordinates EYFS
welfare support for providers across the county. Qualifications
include NVQ in Early Years & Education, Adult Teaching, ICT and
Leadership and Management. Experience regarding delivering Early
Years training, the development of sustainable Children’s Centres,
leading and mentoring Childcare Teams and managing a team of
Development Officers. Jill has worked across North East
Lincolnshire, Nottingham City and Lincolnshire. Particular
interests include Leadership & Management, supporting provision
for under 3s and safeguarding.

Lead Adviser - Inclusion
Early Years Support Service Teacher (west team
leader), supporting staff in non-maintained Early Years
Settings. Fourteen years experience teaching in both
mainstream schools and specialist units with children aged 2-7years
in Somerset, Bristol and Lincolnshire. Experience as primary
school SENCo, KS1 music, ICT and maths co-ordinators. School
Governor for 3 years. Currently studying for MEd in Special
Education (autism children) at Birmingham University.
