Early Years Administration Support

Colin Chapman
Finance and Administration Officer

Colin is the Finance and Admin Officer for the Birth to Five Service. He studied BSc Mathematics at Hull University between 1998 and 2001 before joining HM Revenue & Customs Training Office spending 3 years on their finance team. Colin’s main responsibilities are to operate the budgets of the team by ordering and paying for goods and services as well as monitoring staffing expenditure. He supports the South team with any administration tasks required.

Rick Everson
IT and Administration Officer

Rick joined the Birth to Five Service in 2007 and is responsible for administering databases and works on the Birth to Five Website. Rick has background in business website design and has worked on projects to integrate and test database systems. He is responsible for the creation of the individual pages of this website, adding all the content and creating the links. He also supports the North Team and PEEP with administration.

Sharon Bell
Data Officer

Sharon is the Data Support Officer for the Birth to Five Service. Since completing her Theology Degree from Nottingham University in 1997 she has had a wealth of experience in financial and data management, including holding a Directorship of her own business providing data management and analytical services to the Public Sector. Sharon joined the team in April 2009 and her main responsibilities are to support the work of the Birth to Five Service in the collection and analysis of monitoring and performance data.

Jessica Sinclair
Support Assistant

Jessica is the Support Assistant for the Birth to Five Service. Jessica has four years experience in clerical positions and has been awarded a Diploma in Administration, a NVQ Level 3 in Business and Administration as well as a Certificate in Leadership.
Jessica’s main responsibility is for the administration support of our training directory courses as well as our termly Clusters and Network Meetings.
