We are having trouble printing, why might this be?
Check that your printer settings contain the right printer. Has it defaulted to something else? If so, go to the Printers folder and make your printer the default. Try re-installing the printer if you still have trouble.
How do we print photographs?
Open one of your photographs in Windows Picture and Fax Viewer. Click the print icon near the bottom. This will open a print wizard that will let you select the images you wish to print. It will also give you page setup options to print multiple pictures to a single sheet. Once you've made your choices, click on Print.
How can we make individual folders for our children's photographs?
Go into the 'My Pictures' Folder. Right click the mouse anywhere on blank white space in the folder window. From the menu that appears select 'New'. This opens a new menu, select 'Folder'. A new folder will appear and it's name will be blocked out. You can now type in a name for the folder. For a guide with pictures, click here.
