Recommended Reading for Young Children

Seathorne Primary School, Skegness

As a service we recognise the immense value that books provide for young children. Members of the Birth to Five Service have recommended their favourite texts for this age - range. We hope that you enjoy sharing these with children in your setting.

Why not join Early Reading Connects?  Backed by DCSF funding and targeting all early years practitioners, this project aims to engage and involve children's families in encouraging a love a language, stories and reading among babies, toddlers and young children. Resources include a website and a family involvement toolkit. For more details visit www.earlyreadingconnects.org.uk
