How can this be used?	For babies - great to explore, grip, wave and taste! Tie onto wooden rings for waving around. For toddlers - thread through tubes and reels to develop manipulation skills or for dancing and moving to music with. For pre-school/reception children - in the PSRN area, promotes mathematical language - same, different, longer, shorter, wide, narrow and awareness of colours. Different patterns - look for and talk about shapes eg squares (gingham), circles (polka dot). Use to sort, count and/or measure.
