This resource is a must have. Use approximately 1.5metres of Lycra to stretch out in a circle during a song/ group/ welcome time. (Bubbles, leaves, cotton buds, feathers to add to it also works well.)
How can this be used? This can be used in a variety of ways including stretching out to sing familiar songs like 'Row, Row, Row Your Boat', using the Lycra as your boat or by simply using it as a stretched out surface to let bubbles land on or feathers to float on top of it.
Where can I find this resource: Lycra can be purchased from the internet by doing a search, or in your local material, sewing shop. Some people have even made a call to their local sportswear supplier to ask for off cuts of Lycra.
