Ofsted Complaints! New poster and
a new telephone number.
Ofsted have issued a new poster with a new number for parents to
contact Ofsted. The posters have been sent out with
information about the outsourcing of Ofsted inspections from
September. Please ensure that the new posters are clearly
displayed for your parents to see and that the telephone number is
updated within your complaints policy and procedure. The new
number is 0300 123 1231, the address for complaints remains the

and Skills) is an independent, non-ministerial government
department, responsible for the inspection of a range of education
and children’s services, and for the inspection and regulation of
registered early years and childcare provision. This includes
providers on the Early Years Register and those on the compulsory
and/or voluntary parts of the Childcare Register.
