Since September 2008,
the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) has become a
statutory framework for all registered early years settings,
nationally. This includes all Schools, Nurseries, Pre-Schools,
Playgroups, Day Care Centres and Child-Minding Establishments in
the county. We have provided downloads from the EYFS on this site
in order to support you with the implementation of the framework
together with further resources, information, guidance and useful
links. Please check the site on a regular basis for additional
information and resources. If you are a practitioner in
Lincolnshire and would like to share effective Early Years practice
and provision on this website, please contact
a member of the team at the Birth to Five Service.

of the EYFS framework including the four overarching themes
and principles, together with the integrating commitments. The
Birth to Five Service encourages you to share and display this
poster in entrances, staff rooms and planning areas within settings
so it can be viewed and understood by all stakeholders.
