Home Early Learning Project (HELP)

The Home Early Learning Project is a new project aiming to provide professional support, advice and guidance to families, primarily in the home environment.  The focus of the Support Workers will be to enable parents to better engage in their child’s learning and development.

This will include access to high quality resources and provision of activities for families to undertake independently. The HELP Team will work in the East Lindsey District of Lincolnshire and families will be identified through SAF, Initial or Core assessment.

Referral Procedure

This service will be part of a co-ordinated package of support for children aged 0-5 years and their families who reside in the East Lindsey District of Lincolnshire. This service can be accessed for children with a SAF/TAC plan, CIN plan, or CP plan. Referrals will be made via a Practice Supervisor and once approved, information is provided to the Lead Early Years Consultant (EYE) at the Birth to Five Service in order to allocate support from the HELP team.
